Direct Billing

Please note, cost of treatment is submitted at the time of payment. If the claim is not immediately accepted, you will be required to pay the full amount of the treatment and submit the claim to your insurance company at your convenience. To help ensure the direct billing process is as painless as possible, make sure all your information is correct and up to date with your insurance provider.

Direct Billing to the following companies allows you a walk-in walk-out experience. Erica is able to bill all major insurance companies, if your insurance provider is not on the list, I will do my best to become a servicing provider with them so that I can directly bill for you.
